The Southern Maine Landlord Association, (SMLA), is a local non-profit organization subject to the membership at the state-wide level of Maine Apartment Owners and Managers Association, (MAOMA).

Our Purpose Is:

• To promote communication and cooperation among owners and managers of investment rental property.
• To educate the public, public officials, legislators, and tenants to the important services being provided.

Our Membership Is Open To:

• Any owner or manager of investment rental property in the Greater Portland Area, (member).
• Any individual or agency concerned in promoting the purpose of the Association, (associate member).
