Annual Multi-Family Market Report
Brit Vitalius, Principal of Vitalius Real Estate Group brokerage, will give his annual Southern Maine Multi-Family Market Report. The report covers pricing trends, regional activity, and rental rates.
Real Estate Market Panel Discussion
Three veterans of the multi-family market in Southern Maine will discuss the current market dynamic and values.
Dave Harrigan
Maineland Consultants, President and Certified General Appraiser
Mr. Harrigan is one of the best known and most experienced appraisal professionals in the state. His considerable expertise ranges from residential and commercial valuations to a thorough knowledge of industry regulatory issues. He has also successfully completed a number of courses and seminars covering a wide variety of appraising disciplines including residential valuation, income property appraising, subdivision analysis and income valuation. Mr. Harrigan is a State Certified General Appraiser in Maine.
Sean Rankin
Bangor Savings Bank, VP of Commercial Lending
Mr. Rankin is a commercial lender with Bangor Savings Bank. He has been one of the most active lenders of multi-family properties in the area for a number of years, including during his prior term at Androscoggin Bank.
Brit Vitalius
Vitalius Real Estate Group, Owner and Designated Broker
Brit is the President of the Southern Maine Landlord Association. In 2018, Brit was recognized for his work leading the campaign which defeated Portland’s rent control referendum. For his efforts he received awards from the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce, MEREDA, and the Greater Portland Board of Realtors.
