Christopher Huff, City Tax Assessor, will present on the City of Portland Revaluation Project with emphasis on Apartment and Commercial Property Valuation, which impacts area landlords.

Amy Sneirson, Executive Director of the Maine Human Rights Commission (MHRC), is a back again to discuss the latest hot-button issues between landlords and tenants coming before her commission. The MHRC advocates for all things antidiscrimination, enforcing the Maine Human Rights Act and its mission is "to keep continually in review all practices infringing on the basic human right to a life with dignity, and the causes of these practices, so that corrective measures may, where possible, be promptly recommended and implemented." https://www.maine.gov/mhrc/
